What I do can be broken down into three main areas:

1) Forensic Inspections
2) Compile very sophisticated reports
3) Testify on your behalf in court

You need a mechanics perspective to inspect a vehicle. Professional engineers (P ENG's) may not have the expertize to identify what is abnormal or normal operation.

Disassembling a vehicle logically and looking for possible failures of mechanical systems is not for amatures. You must have a system of inspecting that is repeatable and has proven results.

Blood or other biologicals may be present and must not effect the outcome of the inspection.

I have plenty of experience in performing forensic inspections and have testified many times in court (civil and criminal) and have been the determining factor in wining cases. Uncomplicated and easy to understand testimony has help convince the judge or jury our stance or position.

I am not intimidated by the courtroom setting and are confident and stress free during testifing.

My goal is to settle before reaching court with an inspection and report that will reinforce your perspective.
